Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium butternut squash (about 2 lbs)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Peel and cube butternut squash into 1-inch pieces.
  • Toss squash with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  • Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
