Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 3-4 cups broccoli florets finely chopped
  • 3-4 cups cauliflower finely chopped
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red sweet pepper diced
  • ½ cup carrots finely sliced and diced
  • ½ cup sweet corn I used canned
  • 10 slices bacon cooked, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup colby jack cheese shredded

Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise see notes
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2.5 tablespoons dry Ranch Mix

Instructions

  • Combine all salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl combine dressing ingredients.
  • Pour over salad and toss well.
