Brioche

  • 8 slices brioche
  • 2 large eggs
  • 40 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Preparation Steps

  • Let the brioche slices dry out.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar. In a bowl, mix the milk and vanilla sugar.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan. Dip the brioche slices in the milk, then in the egg/sugar mixture. Fry the brioche slices in the pan until golden.
  • Optionally sprinkle with sugar before serving.
