Chili Crisp Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp divided
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 medium lemon zested and quartered
  • 1.5 ounces Parmesan cheese scant ½ cup freshly grated or ⅓ cup store-bought grated
  • cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare Brussels sprouts by trimming and halving them.
  • Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and chili crisp, season with salt, and toss.
  • Roast for 10 minutes, stir halfway through. Prepare the zest and cheese mixture in a bowl.
  • Remove from oven, sprinkle with panko mixture, and toss until evenly coated.
  • Return to oven for 6 to 8 minutes until tender and crisp. Squeeze lemon juice over to serve.

Notes

Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 5 days. Reheat in a 300ºF oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
