  • 1 15-oz. can black eyed peas drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-oz. can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1.5 cups diced roma tomatoes
  • 1 none jalapeño pepper chopped
  • 1 none yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 0.5 cup red onion chopped
  • 0.25 cup cilantro chopped

Dressing

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 0.5 tsp. ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp. ground black pepper

To serve

  • Tortilla chips to serve

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the black-eyed peas, black beans, diced tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, olive oil, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, ground cumin, and ground black pepper. Mix well to combine. Serve with tortilla chips.
