Ingredients
  

Vegetables

  • 6 medium Russet potatoes cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 cups baby carrots

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts

Condiments

  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup large can (23 ounces)
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix (1 ounce)
  • ½ cup milk

Seasoning

  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • fresh chopped parsley optional

Cooking Steps

  • Spray a large crock pot with non-stick spray. Place cut potatoes and baby carrots at the bottom of the crock pot. Lay chicken breasts over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup, dry ranch dressing mix, and milk. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
  • Cover with lid and cook on high heat for 5 to 6 hours OR on low heat for 8 to 9 hours. It is important to not remove the lid during the entire cook time. Top each serving with fresh chopped parsley, if desired.

Notes
