  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

  • Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted.
