- 1.25 cups Roland® Dill Pickle Sandwich Chips
 - 12 oz cream cheese room temperature
 - ¾ cup sour cream
 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
 - 2 tablespoons fresh chives minced
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced

In a large bowl add the room-temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and mayo. Either use a hand mixer to combine or work through by hand making sure there are no chunks of cream cheese left.
Add in the chopped pickles, dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, ¼ of a lemon's juice, garlic and onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of the pickle juice. Fold in the ingredients. Salt to taste.
For best flavor, allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Serve with toasted everything flatbreads and enjoy!
