Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 cups Roland® Dill Pickle Sandwich Chips
  • 12 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced
  • 1 full lemon zest of a full lemon and ¼ lemon juiced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Roland® Toasted Everything Flatbreads to serve

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add the room-temperature cream cheese with the sour cream and mayo. Either use a hand mixer to combine or work through by hand making sure there are no chunks of cream cheese left.
  • Add in the chopped pickles, dill, parsley, chives, lemon zest, ¼ of a lemon's juice, garlic and onion powder, and 1 tablespoon of the pickle juice. Fold in the ingredients. Salt to taste.
  • For best flavor, allow the dip to sit in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with toasted everything flatbreads and enjoy!
