  • 3 cups whole Grapes from California
  • 1.25 cups juice from dill pickle jar
  • 3 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1.5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 package (6 to 8-ounces) dill Havarti cheese, cut into small bite-size cubes
  • 1 pinch crushed red pepper
  • Fresh dill leaves optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine whole grapes, dill pickle juice, minced red onion, olive oil, and crushed red pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the dill Havarti cheese cubes and gently fold to coat the cheese and grapes with the marinade.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
