Tuna Salad Ingredients

  • 10 oz canned tuna, drained (2 5oz. cans)
  • cup dill pickles, chopped
  • ¼ cup celery, sliced
  • ¼ cup green onion, sliced (green & white parts)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice (from the jar)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or ½ teaspoon of dried dill)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Mash the tuna. Place the tuna in a shallow bowl and mash it with a large fork.
  • Mix. Add the dill pickles, celery, green onion, mayo, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt and black pepper and mix until fully combined. (Taste and adjust the seasonings, if needed.)
  • Serve. Serve with your favorite crackers and enjoy!
