Ingredients
  

Tortilla Wraps

  • 4 pieces flour tortillas 8 inch size

Cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Deli Meats

  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 12 slices hard salami
  • 24 slices pepperoni

Vegetables

  • 20 slices banana peppers

Condiments

  • 2 teaspoons Italian dressing
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted

Instructions
 

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Warm the tortillas by stacking them onto a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until warm.
  • Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 5 minutes.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay one tortilla on a plate and layer on a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of hard salami, 6 pepperoni slices, 5 banana peppers, and another layer of mozzarella cheese. Drizzle ½ teaspoon of Italian dressing, and a dash of Italian seasoning. Repeat with remaining 3 tortillas.
  • Roll each tortilla up like a burrito.
  • Brush the top of each wrap with melted butter.
  • Add wraps to the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes until the outside is golden brown.
  • Remove the wraps from the air fryer and brush with additional melted butter.
  • Let the wraps cool, then cut in half. Enjoy!

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Warm the tortillas by stacking them onto a microwavable plate, cover with a damp paper towel and microwave for 20 to 25 seconds until warm.
  • Assemble the wraps: Lay one tortilla on a plate and layer on a pinch of shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 slices of ham, 3 slices of hard salami, 6 pepperoni slices, 5 banana peppers, and another layer of mozzarella cheese.   • Place the wraps on a baking sheet evenly spread apart and bake them in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the outsides are golden brown.
  • Remove the wraps from the oven, let cool, cut in half and enjoy!

Notes

Wrap leftovers in food plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees Fahrenheit and heat for 1-2 minutes. Warm tortillas are easier to fold and less likely to rip while folding. Don’t overfill the tortillas. Adding too many fillings will make them impossible to fold. I used my Instant Vortex Plus 6 quart air fryer to test this recipe, so cook times may vary slightly based on your air fryer.
