Crispy Crowns Base

  • 1 cups crispy crowns (aka tater rounds) or tater tots
  • ½ cups warm scrambled eggs adjust to taste
  • cups canned sausage gravy
  • ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese optional topping
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the crispy crowns according to your preference until they're cooked through and crispy. Heat up the sausage gravy.
  • Add the crispy potatoes to a waiting bowl or plate. Top with scrambled eggs.
  • Spoon gravy over top, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Salt and pepper to taste, serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to feed several people or even a crowd. If feeding a crowd, set this up buffet style and let everyone assemble their own bowl. Can't find crispy crowns? You could use tater tots or a crispy hash brown patty instead.
