  • 8x4 Pyrex dish
  • Freezer

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Coconut oil semi-soft or melted
  • ½ cup Cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • ½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Mashed banana
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the coconut oil, peanut butter and mashed banana.
  • Use a spatula to mix until well combined, working out any lumps.
  • Add the cacao powder and the maple syrup and mix well.
  • Line an 8x4 Pyrex dish with parchment paper.
  • Fill the Pyrex dish with the fudge mixture.
  • Freeze for 30 minutes, or until fudge is set.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!
  • Place remaining squares into a storage container and put in the freezer for up to 3 months.
