- 250 g lean ground turkey or pork
- 2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons sliced green onions for topping
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds for garnish
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey or pork. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
Add garlic and ginger, and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook for 4β5 minutes until the veggies soften slightly but still have some crunch.
Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Divide between bowls and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
