Salmon Fillets
- 4 fillets Salmon (6 oz each)
 
Butter
- 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter, softened
 - 2 cloves Garlic, minced
 
Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper to taste
 - 1 cup Mixed Mushrooms (button, cremini, shiitake), sliced
 - 1 cup Fresh Spinach Leaves
 - ½ cup Heavy Cream
 - ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
 
 
Cooking Instructions
In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoon butter and sauté the sliced mushrooms until tender. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add fresh spinach leaves and heavy cream, stirring until spinach is wilted.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy mushroom and spinach sauce over the fillets.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
