Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

Topping

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual pieces.
  • Take a piece of dough, add a spoonful of the beef mixture, and wrap the dough around it, sealing it completely.
  • Place the bombs on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and parsley.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
