Ingredients
  

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cup Heavy Cream
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 slice Cheese and Pepperoni Pizza
  • 1 tablespoon Salted Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl beat eggs, cream, and salt with a fork or whisk until well combined.
  • Heat an 8" frying or sauté pan over low heat. Chop the pizza into small ⅓" pieces and warm it in a microwave for about 25 seconds on high power.
  • Add the butter to the warmed pan and let it melt. Add the beaten egg mixture and wait for the eggs to set slightly. Then gently push the eggs from the edges of the pan into the center.
  • Add the pepperoni pizza and continue to gently move the eggs in the pan until they are set. Remove from heat as soon as the eggs are at your preferred texture.
  • Divide the Pizza Eggs between two plates and serve.

Notes

This recipe calls for one slice of pizza, but you can use more or less. You can also use thin crust or pan pizza. Any flavor of pizza and toppings can be used.
