- 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic mashed
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
- ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Cut slits or pockets about ¾ of the way through the salmon and set them aside.
Mix softened cream cheese, spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
Stuff the filling into the salmon, packing it in as much as possible.
Mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl until combined.
Rub the spice mixture on top of each piece of salmon.
