Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Salmon 4-6 ounce pieces
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic mashed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Cut slits or pockets about ¾ of the way through the salmon and set them aside.
  • Mix softened cream cheese, spinach, mashed garlic, parmesan cheese, and ground black pepper in a bowl.
  • Stuff the filling into the salmon, packing it in as much as possible.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl until combined.
  • Rub the spice mixture on top of each piece of salmon.
  • Grease a large, oven-safe skillet and transfer the salmon pieces into the skillet.
