Protein

  • 1-2 LB Sirloin Steak, diced

Pasta

  • 1 (12 oz) package of Cheese Tortellini

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Frozen Pepper and Onion Blend can use fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, Minced

Liquids

  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 6 oz Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce

Spices

  • Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  • Begin by seasoning the steak with the spices listed above. Then, to a hot pan, add the steak and cook to your preferred doneness. For us that is a solid medium so 3-4 minutes. If you want it rare, cook less, well done, cook longer.
  • Remove the steak from the pan and add the peppers and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes until tender and caramelized. Add the garlic and cook a minute longer. Remove from the pan and add the steak.
  • Add the tortellini and chicken broth to the pan. Bring to a boil and cook for approximately 10 minutes until the liquid has reduced by half and the pasta is fully cooked.
  • Return the steak, peppers, and onions to the pan and add the garlic parmesan wing sauce. Stir everything together and simmer 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, top with the shredded parmesan, cover and let sit until the cheese has melted.

Notes

This dish is versatile; feel free to add additional vegetables or adjust seasonings to your preference.
