  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
  • ¼ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • olive oil for brushing
  • optional: grated parmesan
  • optional: red pepper flakes

  • Lay the tortillas flat and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each.
